meats & veggies

this year my new years resolution was to "try" to be a vegetarian, well more accurately to stop eating red meat/pork/poultry. i like seafood too much to stop eating that :) i like the taste of meat, but sometimes the thought of it grosses me out. also i have been eating mostly vegetarian for a while now, so i figured that the switch would not be toooo difficult. so far i've been successful but some things have tempted me: english muffin with bacon & egg, serrano ham at Cesar, pepperoni pizza, pork buns (dim sum). so i guess pork has been the hardest for me to give up. i've been eating a lot of cheese sandwiches. today i found out that Hotel Utah has a decent veggie burger. it's not really like a normal burger, i think they put black beans in it or something because it has kind of a mushy texture inside, but it's crispy outside.

hey tasha...do you like falafels? man, they are awesome and would fit delightfully and comfortably with your vegetarian diet. falafels are made with chick peas and love.

if there's anything worth giving another shot, it's that place near your new apt!
